Finally, Tom Cruise is beginning to wake up and realize the world thinks he is crazy. MSNBC reports he has dumped his sister as his publicist and hired big wig, Paul Bloch - a real deal publicist. His sister will still get to handle some of his charity PR but Tom is getting serious and wanted to turn around his image which used to be top notch. Maybe it has to do with that one ranking that had him go from "the 11th most-liked celebrity to No. 197, putting him in company with the likes of Pauly Shore." Ouch.
