Last year Beyonce got sued by a lady who claimed the words from Baby Boy were stolen. After comparing the two songs, the judge found the songs "substantially dissimilar." In response, Beyonce said, "It's unfortunate that lawsuits such as this one occur, but I am grateful and relieved to have this behind me and I am eager to move on." Looks like Beyonce is having a good week. First partying with new BBF Gwyneth, then debuting her new clothing line and now this.

I really admire how tight knit Beyonce is with her mom and Sis. I guess because it reminds me of the relationship I have with my Mom and Sis.
I despise frivolous lawsuits. They are a waste of time and money, and make it very difficult for the credible cases out there. I'm glad Beyonce won this suit.
