Kate Walsh looked pretty happy about life as she headed into a photoshoot carrying her very professional clipboard and fab bag. Between her engagement and Private Practice, Kate obviously has tons to smile about and we're certain that yesterday's Emmy announcements added to the fun. Even though Addison said her goodbyes to Grey's Anatomy, we're sure Kate will be congratulating her former castmates on the show's many nominations.

16She looks great. Is it me or did she lose a lot of weight? I don't watch Grey's Anatomy but I did watch one episode from early on and I think she had a bit more meat on her. Don't get me wrong, I think she looks great, but she seems much skinnier.
