From the sound of things, Britney's advisors must have been optimistic when they drafted the pre-nup--they must have thought she would still be making money like she used to. Although, I can't imagine he would recover that much money should his infidelity be the cause for the split. That's ridiculous. "You cheated, here you go, here's 10 million dollars." There's got to be a safety clause somewhere in there.

By the way, I really think he's on drugs. Did you see those pictures of him last week with those two thugs standing outside a pickup truck? He was pictures shaking hands with them and soonthereafter with his hands in his pocket. It looked like a drug deal.

JDLNeil - it's pretty standard to have fidelity clauses in pre-nups, thus if there is infidelity, then the pre-nup is void (if Britney were the cheating spouse)... or the amount he can receive is reduced or it may be a clause where he cannot receive anything... either way, it's whatever the document says.
