Well, I'm not a mother, but I saw that video yesterday where she is saying things to the photogs and I could NOT believe that she was talking like that in front of her kids? If she was by herself or with friends, talk however you want, but with the kids in the car? I don't know, it just doesn't seem like something to do...

after being spotted with Sean Preston on her lap as she sat in the driver's seat of her car. She was traveling in a convoy of cars - being followed by more than 20 photographers - when she suddenly stopped in the road leading up to her home.

In the reflection of her side mirror she could be seen with blonde Sean Preston sitting in her lap in the front seat. Spears had earlier been seen getting into the driving seat with a friend in the front passenger seat and her two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, in the rear.

But when she made the impromptu stop, things had changed. It was not clear at what point she moved Sean into the front of the vehicle - but either sometime during the journey or seconds after she stopped her car, she pulled Sean into her lap. And the thought of photos of Sean in her lap again seem to have sent her entourage into action.

Moments after stopping, her trusted bodyguard came up to her, started speaking to her through the window and was later seen handing sean preston him on the drivers side before giving the tot to Britney's friend to settle him back in the rear seat. Britney then exploded at paparazzi surrounding her, possibly realizing that her actions could be seen in much the same way as the incident a few yrs back.

Spears got out of her car, ran up to one videographer and screamed: "Ma'am, it is illegal to do this. You have got to stop using the cameras and following people. It is illegal you have got to stop doing that."

She freaked cos she was caught again.

i read that kevin said the kids cry when its time to drop them off at moms house, and that their really happy and content being with dad.

U know what's funny go on breatheheavy.com and you will see that the car is stopped and she has him on her lap then places him back before she drives off. I know she shouldn't be talking like that in front of her kids. I think she was pissed because they were all by her kids which is understandable. BUT Britney I love you to death but if you play with the paps they aren't gonna leave you alone. That's why they are so ferociously on her ass. I really feel bad for Brit. I agree she's made some stupid mistakes, but haven't we all? That said, I would NEVER drive with my kids not belted in.

As for the swearing, I'll shamefully admit I am a real trash mouth sometimes in front of my 6-year-old twins (ie/ when driving and someone cuts me off). Funny thing is, neither of my kids swear and in fact, they have occasionally scolded me for doing it.

Britney is hounded non-stop by the paps. She's young and immature and not as able to handle the attention as someone like Angelina or Posh Spice. Brit does need to take some time to clean up her act, but the paps should back off a bit before Britney ends up with a similar fate to Lady Di or worse, self-destructs (ie/ suicide).

Yes we make mistakes but it's not the error of our ways but the manner in which we handle ourselves and take responsibility for them that is important. Brit has a ton of resources at her disposal, unlike most people. She has made certain decisions to live within the limelight and to maintain a very public persona there. That is her choice. But I think the saddest thing is the family situation for the boys. Because they really don't have any say in the situation, and when I look at the expression in their eyes, they just seem so unhappy.

She's a mess.
