It was double date night last night for Cindy and Pam along with their husband's Kid Rock and Randy Gerber. We haven't seen these 4 together since Pam and Kid's St. Tropez wedding this summer. Perhaps Pam is sharing some cosmetic surgery secrets with Cindy, who still denies she's had any work done.
