Gisele Bundchen was out for a walk in Boston earlier today showing off her growing bump! She's been keeping a low profile over the last few weeks, though that hasn't gotten in the way of her modeling career. While Tom gears up for next season with the Patriots, it looks like Gisele is right by his side in Massachusetts after their time in LA with his son John. It's an exciting time for the happy couple, as they move toward the big family Tom's always wanted.
