Britney Spears started up her tour again last night in Ontario, with Jordin Sparks performing as the opening act. Meanwhile, back in LA, the woman who was previously arrested for peering into Brit's Calabasas home in April was found guilty of "misdemeanor peeking" yesterday. She was sentenced to three years probation plus community service, and has to stay away from Britney and her family in a continued restraining order. Britney has been having fun at the pool with her family and joking around on Letterman, but now she's back on stage as she focuses on finishing up the last few months of her worldwide tour.

well i guess that's a good thing that she's got probation. you'd think that with all the security that Brit has - that this won't be a problem right?
1She should be publicly stoned for being so stupid. Who hasn't seen every damn piece of Britney *most reluctantly* for free and in the broad daylight without so much as reading glasses!!
2I can't believe that she made it on the property to begin with. I know her new house is in a gated community but I can't believe that her house itself isn't gated. Anyway I'm glad that she's back on tour. From what I've read she put on a great show and was really into it. I love that she dedicated Everytime to her father last night! It's great to know that she appreciates all he's done for her.
