Unfortunately, I'm not surprised. I was rooting for her to get better, but I guess you have to hit rock bottom in order to start going back up. Hopefully they can get her some help (even if its jail, which since its her second DUI, is likely) before she hurts herself and others.

Lindsay is very talented and she is surrounded by bad friends. It takes some time to get it right. I lost four years because of alcohol as well but I was never addicted and I don´t think that Lindsay is or was addicted - the alcohol is not the problem. The problem is she can´t tell between right and wrong because nobody taught her to do so. So after all it´s her parents fault. Sad as it is. Many other´s have that problem as well, but they don´t stand in the spotlight, they don´t have the money to buy an expensive car and crash it and to buy cocaine - but the story is the same. This is so sad just because Lindsay is so talented. After all, maybe she did no DUI and had only a drink or two. I hope that for her!

i have zero sympathy for her. She didnt take rehab seriously. Also i blame the rehab people. Your being paid to be firm with these people but yet you let them go out and have access to outside influences that are not helpful. I believe the point of rehab is to remove yourself and then slowly be reintroduced. $40k down the drain. I'd sue them, can you get a refund from rehab??
