Now here's an example of a young person in Hollywood who hasn't lost her mind by getting caught up in the whole fame game! She's smart, attractive, talented and grounded. I'll bet she's got parents who are secure in who they are and instilled that in her early on. She's not a wild child with equally wild parents riding on her coat tails! You can add to this group Ann Hathaway. She's another no nonsense young actress who keeps her eye on the prize and lives a life deserving of all things good. When will the others wake up and see that it doesn't have to be a life of chaos and excess to have a high profile and successful career in Hollywood.

Loved loved loved Hairspray, love love love Amanda, but didn't love her so much in it. Didn't believe her for a second that she even remotely liked her best friend or her new bf. Although then I watched She's the Man and she redeemed herself.

She's starting to look very tired. Over the past few weeks this girl has been all over the US...I'm sure she'll be releived when it's all over.

Oh, and just for giggles...I ALWAYS used to watch "The Amanda Show" on Nick. Classic.

She's not really that pretty, I don't think. She looks like she is about 12 but it is nice not to see drama with her. But who knows, she may have secrets lurking around that noone knows about yet.
