I was always surprised Goldie Hawn was so supportive of her marriage to Chris R. I remember watching a MTV special about his band, and they were pretty darn hedonistic, even by rock n roll standards. One time they just all hot extremely high for a video, had some "models" in had a orgy and filmed it for a video, and the less then 2 years later he was married to Kate.

I read Goldie Hawn's biography and as much of a hippie as she portrays herself to be, she experimented with drugs in the sixties, had a bad experience and she isn't into drugs. I wouldn't let my daughter marry someone like that with a big stamp of approval.

I don't condemn the cheating, and that Kate is still married but I think she married too young and deserves some happiness. I hope Owen can be a committed guy! He seems like he would be a fun, witty guy.

Its not like they are doing it on the table.. that would be a great photo op.. relationships are difficult and a lot of them in showbiz are doomed as soon as they begin. Chris appealed to her wild child I am sure, but the reality of young actress with rocker esp Chris can probably take its toll. And this relationship with Owen is more than likely doomed too.. just like Meg Ryan and Russell Crowe.. he was the catalyst for her to finally give up on a bad marriage and in the end it was more heartbreak, but now she is doing fine without either Crowe or Quaid in her life... Owen is Kate's catalyst. In the end she will still be loveable Kate unchanged by either man and ready for another great love.

Kate is a Hollywood golden girl. If she was "done wrong", there would be a ton of press about it. Fact is, there aren't tons of stories coming out about Chris' infidelities. And to the person who mentioned Chris being a seriously drug addicted man, he's been clean and sober for at least two years. He gave up dope to be with Kate.
