Pop you have to find a better photo to post; her mug shots scares me. It scares me because she just looks so lost, confused and insecure, which makes me want to give her a hug.

But then you realize that this girl, not only has a bad family and friends, caters to the press. She looks like she LIVES for all the media attention that surrounds her, which then makes me not feel sorry for her.

She needs to get out of State and go to a proper rehab facility. Go to Arizona. Go anywhere where there are no cameras and get better. She is going to need all the support and help she can get. Even though she's going to be going to jail, Paris set the precedent with the whole driving while on a suspended license, the judge *may* be more leniant if she is taking steps *again* to get better.

While many things are the fault of or enhanced by the paparazzi, I'm pretty sure that this wasn't. Unless they bought her the coke, the liquor and gave her the keys and had her chase her ex assistant. In which case we would have already seen the pictures and there would be a flip-book by now...

I think most of the problem is that Dina herself does coke, or other recreational substances. Lindsay can't figure out why she keeps getting caught- her mom doesn't! I feel so sad for Lindsay Lohan. Imagine having all this trouble in your life that you're trying to overcome, and then being chased by paparazzi to capture every weakness and every downfall. When I very first saw this mug-shot I really did think it was Dina - scary, scary. The paparazzi are relentless but they are not to blame for her being out of control. There are plenty of famous actresses who get hounded (unfortunately) by the press but they don't drink and drive or do drugs. She lives for the attention and I think that's part of the problem.

First, thanks for not going crazy with the Lohan news. It's just so sad that the first thing her mother had to say was to blame the papparazzi, again. If you blame your daughter, she may cut off your funds, eh? This child needs help NOW and not a plush, cushy rehab center where they don't tell you anything you don't want to hear. She needs a real rehab center where they'll kick her butt. She needs her mother to act like a mother and to force her into getting real help, but that seems so unlikely, she's just a meal ticket.
