Eva Longoria was dolled up yesterday to announce the 2009 ALMA Award nominees at Beso in LA. She's set to host the event with George Lopez on September 17, and Eva is even in the running for Best Comedy Actress. Other honorees include Salma Hayek, America Ferrera, and Cameron Diaz along with all-star couple Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem. It should be a glamorous night for the Hispanic community in Hollywood, and will round out a red carpet-filled week between the MTV VMAs and Primetime Emmys on consecutive Sundays.
