Blake Lively has been back and forth between Boston, where she's working on The Town, and the Gossip Girl set in NYC, but last night she took a break to celebrate her birthday. Blake attended a bash hosted by InStyle and Tiffany's at New York's Cooper Square Hotel with Maria Sharapova. Blake turned 22 in her sparkly dress with a piece of cake, and a big smile. While her costars from her TV show have been spending most of their time together, Blake's busy balancing her many party and professional obligations up and down the East Coast.
