Her mom has had a lot of plastic surgery. Perhaps this is closer to what she would look like without it. I'm not sure if Bruce is natural or rebuilt.

I agree that rumer is not the best looking girl out there.. but who cares.. why give too much importance to it! since when it is a sin not to be beautiful?

could you ask her why does she keep on choosing teenage movies? what are her goals for her career, like which kind of roles would she like to play in the future? and if she wants to do other types of movies, isn't she afraid that she wont be considered for more mature or deeper roles?

being the daughter of two stars helped her career but that's also something that people will keep on bringing up. Have u been compared to your mom? is it a pressure for u to be better than ur mom?

#2 - Go away? Because she isn't what Hollywood deems beautiful and she supposedly isn't as beautiful as her parents? Imagine if people told you this all the time - wouldn't you just want to crawl in a hole? This woman, in my mind, is beautiful and we don't know that she got this part, or any part, because she is the daughter of two famous people. Despite all of the mean criticism around her looks, she keeps going and is still pursuing an acting career - I think she has a lot of guts and could be a great role model for young girls. Shame on you.

i didn't realize that audrina was in the movie - that's another reason to avoid it if i had been on the fence. i'm just not a fan of her when she's trying to act. oh well. rumor looks cute here though - good color for her!

I think she should stick to long hair.. it softens her face and that color looks good against her skin. Why should she get plastic surgery? If she likes it, I love it!!

I don't like looking at her face. I'm sorry, but it's almost deformed it's shaped so bad. It distracts me from everything else. I can't imagine how she can act with it.

I think she would look better if she avoided putting black eyeliner on her bottom lid, makes her squinty eyes teeny tiny. some pictures of here are flattering, some not so much, but I do like the fact she doesn't fit the usual 'standard' of beauty in hollywood.

@6 - i think tater head should go away because she has no talent and is riding on her famous parents coattails. a job behind the camera would be better. who wants to see that giant tater head on a movie screen?

agree ana bunny and winnie and the other positive comments. i find it disgusting the importance that is put on looks these days. i think it contributes heavily to alot of societies problems. it gives people low self esteem(even if sub consciously) which in turn causes issues in the person; anger, rebellious behavior(piercings, tattoos, sexual, who knows aht else). which in turn effects the people said person is around. not to mention the people inflicting this importance on looks, what kind of people are the people who place so much importance on looks and that are calling her potato head etc? most people who are secure in life and who they are dont feel the need to make such derogitory comments and tend to see the good in people. not go out of their way to cut other people down. i think all this is subconsciously wearing on the human psyche. it needs to end!

I agree with all of the above (why is it important to be beautiful?) but this is SHOWBUSINESS, people! If you are not beautiful, you will likely not be in movies. That's why there's so much pressure to be thin in Hollywood. It's been said time and again by so many actors/actresses: staying thin = working. Rumer just happens to be the daughter of Demi and Bruce and so it's sheer nepotism that's slotted her as an actress. She'd get turned down in a second if she'd just hopped off a plane from oblivion. Sure negative comments can have a huge butterfly effect on one's self esteem, but this isn't reality - it's Hollywood. She doesn't belong there.

Really bums me out that women on a Sugar site (which I think has a really strong female community) talk about another woman this way. Maybe you don't love the way she looks, but is that a reason to call her a "tater head?" Grow up.

i wanna add i agree with the commenter who said, "but this isnt reality." it isnt at all! and i guess thats why i have a hard time relating to these people/celebs.
