Heidi Klum bundled up for the cover of September's LA Confidential. We finally have Project Runway back on TV — plus, Buzz's PR Bracket is down to the final four — and Heidi's plugging away for her show. She jokes that she likes Lifetime because they fed her donuts, and says maybe they should film on the beach so she can wear a bikini. Here's more:

- On Project Runway's move to LA: "People will ask us, 'Why L.A.? L.A. isn't a fashion capital.' But if you look at the history of American fashion, it started in Hollywood with designers making gowns for all the starlets. Sometimes I joke with Tim [Gunn] that we should do Project Runway on an island. 'Here's 15 minutes, now go into the bushes and find whatever you can and make an outfit.' I picture Michael [Kors] and me, super tan in our director's chairs and me in a bikini saying, 'Welcome to the runway!'"
- On cohosting the Emmys last year: "Man, we got so beaten over the head for that! It's not like the four boys and I wrote it. You get hired to do it, they give you a script and you learn your lines. If I could have, I would have done the whole thing in German, with subtitles—everyone in dirndls and on swings and milking cows. Each nominee would have had to ride in on a big cow and milk it."
To see what Heidi had to say about her new coffee-table book which comes out in October just read more.
- On her upcoming coffee-table book, Rankin's Heidilicious: "It's very naughty. I've been shooting with this photographer, Rankin, for seven years, and working with him is fun because he always makes me look different. And he always gets me to take my clothes off for some reason. We'll do some job, and then he'll say, 'Why don't we shoot some more things,' and I'll wind up without anything on."
What happened at the Emmys?
1Heidi is always so funny. She was the perfect choice to host Project Runway.
2I thought she was perfect at the Emmys!
3We dont like her in Germany. She has become too american...always having that fake smile on her face. It's very unnatural. If u would tape her giving birth u would probably see her with that same fake smile and squeaky voice.
4to #5: yes, she is happy all the time, but why is that a bad thing? it seems genuine and it's such a great quality to have amongst so many others who seem to be spirally out of control in their personal lives. i love her! she's really grown herself into a brand. i also love that she's made being pregnant such a beautiful thing
5To Nr. 5: you probably don't come form the Rhineland. All the Rhineland girls are like Heidi. We love her here !!!
6@Yoonyah : wtf? i'm from cologne and i don't know what you are talking about..
i agree with anonymous,...heidi is not doing very well in germany. especially since her dumb "douglas" commercials and this silly christmas song.
7I come from Düsseldorf - seems Düsseldorf is doing a bit better and being a bit happier than Cologne these days !!!
8She looks gorgeousssssss
9I love her - she is hilarious!
10if she's not liked in germany, no wonder she'd going for another audience. and i agree, since when is happy a bad thing?
she always looks good! i wonder how seal feels about heidi doing so many photos with that one guy. seems much more intimate to do the single photographer/model thing than a movie. that would bug me.
11Heidi is so fake. Why doesnt she stay home and spend some time with her children instead of using them at the parks where the paprzzi hang out - she uses them for photo ops - to create her perfect little image. How can everyone not see that? she is obsessed with the attention!!!!!!
12To "Heidi is FAKE": Why don't YOU get out of your computer and go spend some time doing something useful? It just show your frustrations on other successful people's life.
13I think she sounds really stupid in that interview... and yes, fake!
14She was definitely the best host they had last year- they were all pretty bad though.
15Love her.
to yoonyah:
why do you attack "cologne"? it's about heidi and her stupid act. when she is not pregnant...she is shooting dumb commercials in germany. fact.
