Lindsay's Madame Tussaud's wax figure got a prison-ready wardrobe change, but LL herself isn't ready to go to the big house. No no no. In fact, she is claiming that she's innocent. While we still don't know her exact location (rehab? Maybe not), Lindsay responded to an email from Access Hollywood's Billy Bush last night saying:
"Yes. I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."
Okay what? The drugs just mysteriously showed up in her pocket? The assistant's mom almost hit her? It sounds to me like LL is definitely not ready to face the music. Even more car-related troubles for Linds have shown up today -- a woman is claiming that back in April, Lohan and her bodyguard caused an accident but the bodyguard gave the victim false information and bullied her into not pressing charges.
As for what type of music she could be facing after yesterday's incident -- TMZ added up the maximum sentences for all her different offenses and it came out to 6 Years. Not that there is any chance she would ever serve that much time, of course.

1LL was probably swearing at her assistant's daughter and the mother became really angry at her. Well the assistant will soon sell the story and we'll find out.
2She probably won't get 6 years, but I definitely think she will be going to jail.
She's a classic addict. She's in denial that she has a problem. "The drugs weren't mine." Are you serious? If I were in the same situation as Linds, I wouldn't have been anywhere near drugs. A second offence this quickly is going to show a judge that she has no respect for the law or herself.

My sympathy for addictions is gone the second the people suffering from them risk other people's lives by getting behind a wheel and driving (ah, much less engaging in a car chase). The ankle bracelet was never working!!! LOL. I watched the news last night and the cops claimed that she was WEARING the ankle bracelet! LMAO. I knew it!!!
She's trying to do the Paris Hilton's defense now, the admit nothing and claim idiocy. Like it's going to work, but at least, she can afford to pay a really good lawyer. If she's an ordinary citizen, she's definitely going to jail for quite some time.

46Like I said yesterday, I really think she is addicted to the Hollywood life sytle in general along drugs/alcohol. If the press continues to track her every move, pre trail, during the trail, post trail, jail, etc, she will never get better. She needs to go away to go to rehab, stay OUT of the spotlight, remove toxic friendships.
Most of all LL will have to want to change otherwise she just wont. Hitting rock bottom - that takes a strong person to turn things around.

the biggest part of recovery is looking at your life & not liking what you see & making the decision to change your life. She will never "get better" until she does that. And she has so many damn enablers that it will take a massive effort for her to realize that her life is out of control
49slumming I know where you're coming from but I know when you're high you can't make a sound judgement about anything and I guess she was totally high. I'm not making excuses for LL..Don't get me wrong. But I think this gal has one big sh*t to deal with and she gets away from it by snorting coke. I think when you're an addict you do stupid things which later on you're so ashamed of. LL didn't know what she was doing and yes she was responsible but so as the person who got her to sign on a movie when she isn't ready, the director for f*cking employing this poor gal, the studio for ignoring this gal has a massive problem, her mum for being self invested, and her dad for loving publicity than his daughter. The list goes on..The bottom line is we all have problems and we all have to deal with it. LL can't deal with it because she isn't thinking straight. She's the one who needs to deal with it.
