So I was tuning into Regis and Kelly this morning to catch LL who was going to be promoting her album but at the last minute she pulled a no show. Literally at like 9:15 Regis is reading a sign to the audience that LL had canceled due to food poisoning. He looked a little pissed off and said - what she just realized it at 9:05. Oh uh. Did LL really get sick or did she have too much fun at the King Kong premiere last night? She sure looks happy at the premiere, but she is a good actress so she could have been fooling us. Anyway, her album hits stores today so it is really bad timing for her to get sick but it does happen so we hope she's OK.

She still is doing good somewhere. She is involved in the Bid 2 Beat AIDS and you can own a signed ketchup bottle from LL herself. It's only at $72 so it's a real steal right now.
