After spending a lot of time in the UK to promote her movie Click, Kate is back to the U.S. just in time to take home an award. Spike TV hosted the annual Scream Awards this weekend in Hollywood and Kate took the crown as the Scream Queen for her role in Underworld: Evolution. We cannot get enough of cute Kate and her man who was also her director on the film. Obviously they are a good team. How adorable are they on the red carpet?!
