I personally have my septum pierced and to say it looks gross is of course an opinion, but if Scarlet doesn't want it to be seen she can simply flip it up in her nose. Why shouldn't celebrities have more piercings. Who cares. I'm sure Scarlet loves her septum piercing. Here's some cute girls with their septums pierced.
