Kate Beckinsale is busting her ass to look amazing. Her body in insane. Kate and her trainer are enjoying the nice weather by working out outside for all of us to see. Yet for some reason, on another day, after another workout she decided to take a smoke break. How does this make any sense Kate? Shouldn't you be having a piece of fruit or some protein shake. A cigarette after a workout is just gross and I can't believe her trainer is so cool with it.
