Chris Brown was sentenced last week for his assault on Rihanna earlier this year. After a night out clubbing, Chris put on his serious face to sit down and chat with Larry King in an interview that will air Wednesday. In addressing the incident, Chris said he didn't have any recollection of their altercation and he also claimed to still be in love with her. He asserted that they will always be friends as he sat between his mother and his attorney. So, tell us what you think of Chris's appearance on Larry's show — is it interesting or are you over it?

I really can't stand him and I wish people wouldn't grant him interviews. He doesn't deserve to share his side, and no one should have to listen to him try to justify his actions.
1"I was like, wow." That is a great answer to what you thought of beating the sh*t out of your girlfriend.
2i know you don't have to be particularly educated to be an entertainer, but wow. what a total moron
3dressed like a moron as well
Im not defending him guys. But I saw an ep of Tyra where this guy who beat his girlfriend didnt remember it either... and there was a professional there who explained why that happenes. I dont remember 100% but something about seperating yourself from the person who does the hits, blah blah..
So I dont think Chris is lying at all coz that is common. Doesnt make it right but Im just saying.
4Everyone should check out what he told People....in that interview he elluded that he remembered bc he stated that he felt horrible and immediately sought his mother... ok, either you remember or you don't. get it straight. and no, please no more news on this d-bag
5He is a bullsh*t artist, he cannot even look up while commenting back.
6Why isn't he coming out sincerely apologetic and appalled at his actions? He should be saying violence is never ok whether he remembers or not it was wrong. Which I think that's completely bull he can't remember.
I would watch if he got interviewed by someone who wouldn't let him off so easily. Larry King is so soft in interviews.
7He is a liar, and what better way to give up real responsibility than "i forgot" well Chris "i forgot" you exist so all your future cds arent going to be on my shelf.
8mcfearless, while you raise an important point i think so often out society likes to slap medical labels on people to excuse their behavior. oh, they killed someone? well, too bad, they can't be held responsible because they're mentally incompetent to stand trial
9@9 Oh I definately agree with that. Suddenly everyone is using the excuse of temporary insanity and it seems to work too. The justice system is messed up.
If he remembers it happening or not I dont think it changes anything. His sentence seems fit.
10I would be embarrassed to be his mother.
He is lying out of his ass. He has to say he forgot or else he would have to actually explain what went on in his sick head when he thought it was okay to beat on his girlfriend.
11piece. of. sh*t. I deal with people like him every day --- defendants who abuse their wives/ girlfriends/ children (and yes, women do assault men, but it's much less frequent).
You don't assault people you love.
12Do you think that by ''not remembering'' he means "I was in a blackout rage?"
13I don't belive him, if only for the fact that numerous people have stated that he's been violent with her before. Where is his excuse those times? Rage or no rage, he must "remember" those times. And hasn't apologized. Waste of life, so young to be so violent. I hope he never does it again but I'm not holding my breath!
14i have even less of a desire to care about anything that he says does. to be honest, i feel like he isn't taking responsibility if he's saying that he doesn't have any recollection of hurting her. really? is he going to stick to that story?
15Doesn't remember?! I know you can black out traumatic experiences but really? Much more traumatic for RiRi
16I saw this excerpt of interview earlier today and was totally disgusted by Chris. Now he pretends he doesn't remember anything?! What a douche with a big D. I was expecting an honest answer: "yes, I did it, it's horrible and I am ashamed."
17And on top of that, his mother is defending him? "He was such a lovely boy back in school days.." B*ch please.
I don't buy the "I don't remember" story at all! He could have hired a better lawyer too. "I was like wow" makes him sound like a total idiot! No more interviews for this ahole please!
18"I was like wow" speaks for itself. He doesn't get the gravity of what he did NOW, whether he was 'aware' or not at the time. Lesson not learned. Jail time probably would have been a good start.
19I like how his mom says Chris has never been violent before, when it came out during the sentancing that there had been past instances of violence. Whether he remembers or not, he should show some remorse and try to speak out against domestic violence.
20Well of COURSE your mom is going to say nothing but glowing things about you, Chris, but does she know the REAL you? It just disturbs me that this 20 yr old kid has so much rage--like he had a big temper tantrum. He's got a serious entitlement complex.

22I've come across much more eloquent vagabonds in my life than this tart.
"I was like, Wow..." wow, that's really deep!!!
23ugggghhh... he is full of sh*t!!!! gimme a break... how can he not remember? douchebag.
24Not remembering is the classic excuse abusers use. It's CLASSIC.
Chances are, he is NOT going to change. How could he change if he doesn't remember (read: not acknowledge) his misbehavior??
As far as I'm concerned, he's a degenerate.
25Don?t tell me you?re sorry 'cause you?re not
And baby when I know you?re only sorry you got caught
But you put on quite a show, really had me going
But now it?s time to go, curtain?s finally closing
That was quite a show, very entertaining
But it?s over now
Go on and take a bow
26So over this. He should make this the last time he talks about this incident. No point in continuously bringing up the past.
27I don't buy one bit of this act. He makes me sick. I have lost all respect for this young man, he can only earn the publics respect back by admitting every bit of what he did, and how horrible it was, commiting a serious chunk of time and money to preventing violence male against women over the next several years, and attending counseling himself for at least 2 years. He thinks what he did is just going to be swept under the rug? His career will take a hit, too...
28that first choice made me LOL by the way, we already know what he was thinking: he was thinking "you just did the stupidest thing ever, now I'm really going to kill you when we get home." !!! Why is this kid NOT in jail!?
29Whatever could have happened if he had gotten back to the house with her NOT thinking that there was a chance that the police had already been called? What more might he have done to Rhianna? This guy scares me.
Gia, that song is PERFECT for him!! thank you!
30Gia is that Rihanna's song? I heard it today and thought so, but wasn't sure.
31Seriously though he could have blacked out, but you would think he would be more upset. If I blacked out and beat the crap out of someone I loved I would be scared to death. Obviously he has major issues to do that, but if you really care for someone and you're excuse is that you didn't know then don't try to defend yourself. Just admit you need help and get it.
So dissapointed. I really liked Stomp the Yard and now I can't watch it the same way.
