True, True. Nicole is much more responsible. That's the reason I kinda like her more that Paris or Lindsay. And I like it that she's keeping to herself more and more....hmmm, now I think I may actually believe she's pregnant.

She's such a brat -- but I like her way more than Paris. In fact, I can't stand Paris. Nicole sometimes amuses me. But the girl deserves to go to jail, just like anyone else in this position should.

I have no idea what I think about this. On one hand I want to see her punished for what she did and think she is just a selfish brat. On the other I for some reason like her and hope she is really going to wake up and grow up. Especially is she is pregnant.

According to the guys she was with (as per TMZ), that's what she told them - and if they touched her she'd sue. Nicole is looking like a mensa member these days compared to her chums.

By pleading no contest, people do tend to get a lighter or completely non-jail sentence time, depending on the charges. I think she's still being punished - this is going to be on her record, she will have a felony conviction, and it's one strike against the Three Strikes law.

greggie do you think she cares if she has a felony on her record its not like she has to worry about getting turned down from a job that she applied for, lol, these celebs dont have to worry like us, if we have any charges convictions on our record we cant get a good job

When it counts against Three Strikes? Yeah. You kinda have to go around with more caution after that.

I don't believe the law system in AMerica not one bit especially when it comes to celebs. OJ Simpson and Michael Jackson are two perfect examples of how the system works that side.

I agree about OJ. I personally wouldn't apply it to this case.

OJ's case was about a starstruck jury more than anything.

maybe all that's transpired with lindsay over this past week has gotten nicole to realize she needs to face her troubles head on in order for her to move past everything and start fresh. this might be especially important if she is in fact pregnant. she can get her jail-time done and over with before the baby arrives and still have time to get prepared.

i wish her the best and i really hope she is turning a new leaf.

no i think it is the same, i think with paris it was more like to teach a lesson to prove something, the media was so hungry i think if people hadnt paid too much attention or made press confrences she wouldve gotten the same as nicole 5 days, i think nicoles charges are worse and she is getting a lighter sentence, nut nicole isnt all over the place she is playing her cards right

If she does in fact receive less than the 5-day minimum, I will feel entirely different about the whole thing.

This isn't surprising...a jury would have definitely found her guilty.

PS: I watched the Today Show this morning and apparently TMZ (I LOATHE THIS SITE) interviewed the 3 people that were in the Denali with Lohan. First off, they looked like "hot boxers"...and she hijacked them and took them on this crazy ride. They also said she was going 100 mph, and that when the police were arresting her she proclaimed "I'm a celebrity, I can't get in trouble"...can you say DELUSIONAL!!!

Also on the news this morning was a convicted drunk driver who drove down the wrong side of the highway like Nicole did and he killed people. Of course, he lived (it always seems to work like that, the innocent are killed and those under the influence live). I think what she did was disgusting, I hope she gets the appropriate sentence, whatever it is...and then I wish Diane Sawyer wouldn't interview her and she would go away and get out of the media eye.

I with Nyar on this one too - the jury even knew he did it and let him go free and he is leading a good life - it would seem as if Michael just pays his victims off and look at that one guy what's his name - old dude that killed his wife or had someone to do it for him - had people get up on the stand and say yes he wanted the wife dead - Robert Blake got off completely and everyone knew he was guilty! Now there is American justice at it's finest -
