Kelly is doing something new with her hair and it is not a good look. I actually like her outfit. She seems to be more normal and put together for her, but the makeup and the hair have got to go. The red lipstick against her super pasty white skin looks way too done up. We have seen much worse from Kelly and considering she was recently dumped by her boyfriend, I think she looks pretty happy so good for her.
