Ashton may be looking all dapper for the UK premiere of The Guardian but the man is not smokin' if you know what I mean. The ex-model looks like he's ready to strut his stuff down the catwalk again. He also looks more well rested and healthier thanks to quitting his terrible smoking habit. Here's more:
Ashton used an unusual method to kick his addiction to cigarettes - he kept on smoking. The Punk'd star read Allen Carr's book The Easy Way to Stop Smoking to inspire him to give up cigarettes for the role of Jake Fischer in new film The Guardian. He told British morning TV show GM.TV, "There's a great book by Allen Carr, The Easy Way To Stop Smoking, and what I loved was that you could smoke while you were reading it."

9What's the deal with the book?? Maybe I need to buy it for my best friend. Been trying to get her to quit for years. Her 8 year old daughter even tries to get her to quit. I myself quit 5 years ago. Just decided I didnt like them anymore. That & my hubby didnt like it but he didnt push me to quit either.

He looks very sophisticated here but I don't really suit his age. I don't really get the concept of the book either but may end up getting it for my older brother because he is always saying that he is quiting also.
