I agree *Greggie*. You can get drunk all day long, but when you begin to do it and drive is another. I mean it’s not like these people cannot afford a taxi, ask their assistant to pick up their car, or get it towed home. There is NO excuse for these celebrities doing what they do.

Pop, getting arrested for DUI doesn't mean you get convicted, so it's presumptuous to assume he's guilty. Breathalyzers performed on the street aren't admissible in court, only the one in the station is. I got a DUI for blowing a .1 on the street and my arrest was in the nespaper for everyone to read. Then a month later the blood test came showing a BAC of 0.0 and the Assistant State's Attorney dropped the DUI and the speeding ticket. Drinking and driving is selfish, but not everyone who is charged with it is guilty....know your rights. Several states reward cops for arrests, NOT convictions.
