9I think Whoopi will be great! She seems to have the ability to listen when it's important to listen and talk only when she has something important to say. You'll never see her arguing with her co-hosts. And if she doesn't agree...well she'll just use her humor to make the situation interesting! Could be the best choice yet!
10Bully for Whoopi. I won't watch anymore b/c I don't like Hasselbeck and I did like Rosie. I used to Tivo the view and then if I heard anything about it, I'd go back and watch it, but now, not so much.

Kramer from Seinfeld is Michael Richards, and apart from his slur in the comedy club I don't think he'd be writing a life memoir like Keith will.

28I actually watched Whoopi on the View. I watched her when they had Perez Hilton on and I liked the different vibe she brought to the show. She's not as far out as Rosie, but she also isnt afraid to voice what she thinks is right. I also got the impression she is not saying anything for shock value. I luvs it!

37Whoopi is a great alternative to Rosie... we can still have a funny, open minded, out spoken lesbian without the rude remarks and attacks against anyone and everything (I love Rosie but sorry, she did a lot of that). I would love, love, love for Kathy Griffin to be on The View but unfortunatly they only need so many comedians and I really can't see Barbara Walters siging off on that one. Though it would be fantastic to see Hasselback in the company of Whoopi, Joy and Kathy Griffin... they would crush her... that girl has yet to say sometihng intelligent and/or witty.
