Lindsay Lohan and Dina headed out for a marathon shopping session in NYC yesterday decked out in all black. LL is an expert when it comes to buying clothes, her leggings line is still going strong, and now she has another gig to celebrate. She's been named "artistic adviser" to fashion line Emanuel Ungaro. Lindsay talked about the new job, saying, "Every woman wants to be sexy — without being too much. I want it to be simple and easy. I really think less is more — and you can add on more with accessories. Everyone copies everyone. I don’t want it to be about that. The reason I love fashion is it's ever-changing; there's something new all the time." She apparently won't be officially modeling for the line, but Ungaro is excited about her level of exposure, and she will be in Paris on Oct. 4 to help present the new collection.

Not to start the Lohan hating, but I don't really understand getting a position as "artistic advisor." I get the Ungaro connection though...it seems like a perfect match. Ungaro manufactures a bit colorful and luxurious tackiness, which I think encompasses LL's style.
Also, has she had collagen injections?

And did Lilo mean to be ironic in her comments? Because what she says is pretty much the opposite of her style : she wants to be sexy -- without being too much? And by saying "less is more", did she mean "the less clothes I wear, the more my saggy boobs can hang out"?

4Well I have to comend Lindsay for getting her stuff together. I mean she keeps getting work and she has stayed outta rehab, I am glad she is pulling down jobs. LL still looks a hot mess, however.
5When I read this on fashionista this morning, I was kind of hoping it was some sick joke. Everything Lindsay touches seems to turn to sh*t. Does the Ungaro house think this is going to be any different?

10i kind of like the dress in the first picture but you are right ilanac13, the outfit in the second picture is extremly scary! not sure if i would follow any fashion advice from her. she used to dress very classic but the past several years her style...is well a weird style with too many pairs of leggings and not enough bras.
