The cast of Gossip Girl hit the red carpet in NYC last night to celebrate the launch of Anna Sui's collection for Target inspired by the show. Blake Lively and Taylor Momsen were opposites in their girly white and edgy black, respectively. Penn Badgley posed with some of the important onscreen women in his life, Jessica Szohr and Michelle Trachtenberg. Leighton Meester has been busy doing some promotion of her own before the show returns next week — don't miss any of the Fall TV premiere dates with Buzz's downloadable calendar. sometimes i just wonder about their fashion choices when these girls are out in public. oh well. i guess they are trying to make a statement, and that they've done.

3I laughed so hard when I saw Jessica and the way she poses. I can't stand her, but I can't deny that she is a beautiful girl and that being said I cant understand why is she making this ridiculous poses. That look over the shoulder is.....and I'm laughing again

11Outside of Blake (and Leighton, although not in attendance), the chicks on Gossip Girl are a complete train wreck in real life. Taylor seems to have missed the memo that Gossip Girl is not part of Twilight franchise; Michelle needs a tan in a bad way; and Jessica needs a stylist.

15Taylor has always been rock 'n' roll, she's just growing into her style. I am SO jealous of her hair. It must be extensions though, my hair is bleached and it's ridiculously difficult to grow that long!
