Lindsay supposedly turned up in Long Island this weekend according to the NY Post who claimed she was home with mom, grandma and her siblings. Dina made a short statement that said, "She's doing well." Now ET is reporting she is at the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol rehab facility in Sundance, Utah. This was the same place MK and David Hasselhoff spent thousands to get better. Who knows where LL really is but we do know she is due back in court on August 24th to face her DUI charges. As always, stay tuned for the latest LL drama which we hope remains quiet assuming she is actually working on getting clean and healthy.
In the meantime, we're still staring at these Elle photos. Bella wants to know if you still turn to LL for hair and makeup cues.

7My fiance went to Cirque last fall...really top of the line rehab, and EXTREMELY f*cking expensive. It's the best though, and works well for people with dual-diagnosis. I was pretty jealous when I was here in Kansas trying to care for our 2 lab puppies, going to school and working full time, while he was taking helicopter rides over the mountains. Bastard.

14I've heard that all those hollywood rehabs are complete crap. Its more of a plush resort than a place where ur forced to face ur issues..& as celebs they have way too much control over their stay. Hopefully this rehab is the complete opposite of that..
15What can i say than get better Lindsay your fighting a disease that some people never get out of some people would continue to die of , yet still those on here that read and are perfect continue to trash you because you are human and apparently they are perfect and mistake free I say to them ..think away and stop passing judgment and just hope lindsay gets the help she needs you personally don't know what your future brings

30I just can't get myself to go and see any more of her movies. She just doesn't appeal to me anymore. I'm just to turned off by her antics, she just can't be taken seriously anymore.

33who knows who she is anymore, drugs and alcohol have been making her choices and doing her talking for what, 3 years? it makes me feel sad to think about her and what a mess she has made of herself. you can always make more money, get a new job, new partner. there are plenty of things that you can shrug your shoulders over and deal with but an addiction like this at 21 with her money and access to drugs is a scary thing. i feel like she's been circling the drain for awhile now and it's just a matter of time before she's gone.
34Couldn't care less where this heffa is! I've been loving that we didn't have to see her nasty freckles EVERY day!!! I also feel it's probably better if everyone didn't release where she is getting treatment so she can maybe just possibly take her addiction seriously and get some real help finally!

37You'll know when she's taking her rehab seriously...she won't be making appearances, she won't be leaving rehab to work out and we won't see her at all for at least 6 weeks. Then you know she's serious.
38This is reality tv baby! No need for daytime soaps when you have the most dramatic and egotistical of young hollywood wreaking havoc on their own lives. Sad though.

41I used to have hope for her, but seriously, she's just dug a HUGE hole. I doubt she's going to climb out of this one with any luck of finding a job ever again... really lets just forget her, stop talking about her stop wanting photographs of her ugly face (thanks to all those drugs and late nights) and give her space... she should just bow out now and not come back. its better to take care of yourself than your effing ego.
