She's such an idiot. If you want to party all night and dress like a lunatic that's your perogative if all you have is you. But if the father of your children are threatening to take them away, your every move is being watched, and people already think you're crazy, only a fool or a crazy person would keep acting crazy. She's either a fool who doesn't care or she's having a breakdown. Either way her kids need to go, she's not stable enough, and she's making K-Fed look like Prince Charming.

I was reading on some site that she's now accusing her mom of sleeping with Kevin to hurt her. I think it was the Nat'l Enquirer or Star that is saying that...not that I ever believe them, but I could almost believe this one!

I don;t think ANYONE would have thought they felt this way about him a year ago. He may have been a sh*tty husband, but, he at least he seems to be a good dad and is giving these boys some stability. And NO, I don;t know exactly what is going on....but I am just giving my opinion.

I agree Jenna, and from what I read, he goes out of his way to avoid the paparazzi when he has the kids, and that is why we don't ever see him w/the kids.

I mean even after he left Shar for Britney and basically humiliated her....she could have said...oh Kevin is a bad father blah blah blah. She did not do that though, she actually said he is a great dad. That tells me alot right there. Brit is just going to go downhill until she admits she seeks help for her mental problems and starts taking responsibility. When she cut out everyone in her life that wanted her to go to rehab, I knew that was the beginning of the end for her. Again, this is just my opinion

I can't believe I am saying this but...He deserves to get them. This girl is not ready for womanhood much less motherhood. She has some serious issues and needs help. She needs to grow up in a lot of ways starting with acting and talk her age. I feel sorry for her kids.

i just cant believe her, she knows that kevin is going to try to get full custody,and she still does something as crazy as having a naked pool party at a hotel. its like she dont even care. shes not even trying to clean up her image for the sake of her boys. and if she is that careless then she should lose the boys. i hope kevin gets them. deserves her right for being such an idiot!

I think you're right FB, if she loses custody of her kids I think she will fall to pieces and, I hate to say it, but may do something drastic. And not in a good way.

Please let him get custody of those two cuties! They need someone with at least a tiny shred of common sense to take care of them. Thing is, I've heard that it takes something monumental to happen for the courts to award custody to the father. Apparently they're always reluctant to separate the kids from their mother. I think that's stupid, so hopefully the judge in this case will use his brain and save those kids.

And if she doesn't have the kids, maybe the press will stop watching her every move and she'll go away. One hopes...

I wouldn't be surprised if she secretly wanted him to win the kids! Look at all she does. She parties like she doesn't have a care in the world. She goes out gets drunk throws naked pool parties with complete strangers. She crashes into cars...and you can't tell me she doesn't PERSONALLY call the paparazzi herself to let them know where she'll be. Did you see the video of her cussing at the paps meanwhile her baby is SCREAMING his head off in the back seat. You hear all the stories from past nannies who say she spends no time with the kids, she tells them she's done when the babies start crying. Lets not even mention the see through outfits, shaving of the head, and crotch shots. This is not behavior of someone who WANTS or even CARES ABOUT their kids!!

other than being embarassed by the world knowing that she lost custody, will she even care? i don't think being a parent is what brit thought it would be. having kids that close together makes it tough because one is just walking and getting into everything and the other is always needing to be fed, changed, tended to in some way. the work is never really "done". there is such a difference between age 2 and age 3, a year from now when the oldest one is 3 those boys will be less overwhelming to whoever has them. i think she needs a break from them and probably everthing else.

remember when she was 17 and hot and seemed to have her sh*t together? what happened? both her and ll make me sad because they DID work hard and they DID give up their childhoods to get where they are. where as nicole and paris make me want to barf because they basically just have the "right" parents to buy them out of any trouble they get into and act as if they are entilted to be treated like royalty.
