Nicole Richie joined Harlow and Joel for an afternoon out in LA on Saturday. It was Nicole's second outing since Sparrow's birth two weeks ago, and it looks like the Richie-Maddens are already back into the swing of things. She's also returned to her Twitter, where she's been taking breaks from tending to Sparrow to post ruminations about Sex and the City. Yesterday Joel took Harlow to the farmer's market before trying to make Nicole's 28th birthday today a trending topic.
