Man, this Spice Girls news just won't quit! At 12:11 this morning Emma Bunton gave birth to a bouncing baby boy named Beau. Beau was born in London and is the first child for Emma and her boyfriend Jade Jones. Awww, yay! Baby Spice has a baby!
