Avril Lavigne looks like the model she is hoping to be in these beautiful Italian VF pics. It almost makes me forget about the fact that she loves to spit on people. Almost. They do however make me wonder if the nose job rumors are true. She does look a little different. But that can't be right. Punk rockers don't get plastic surgery! That's so superficial and not at all anti-establishment! Well, let's hope if she did get it done she stops at that and doesn't turn into an addict like another blonde pop star we know. She is growing up and out of her punk phase but let's hope she doesn't go overboard.
