The hottest celebs were out last night for the Hollywood Film Festival's 10th Annual Hollywood Awards. It was almost like it was the Oscars! Everyone got dolled up for the big event held at The Beverly Hilton. The only major fashion miss was Penelope. Not so sure what she was thinking with her look. Pretty Penelope usually impresses us so this was a bit of a let down. Click here to see how to do the tuxedo look right. Also many couples walking the red carpet together including Demi and Ashton & Ben and with his glowing wife Jen. Here's more on some of those recognized last night:

And Alias star Jennifer Garner was also on hand to see her hunky beau Ben Affleck pick up the best supporting actor prize.

Among the other big winners on the night were Forest Whitaker, who named best actor for his role in The Last King Of Scotland, and Robin Williams, who took home the lifetime achievement award.

Spanish bombshell Penelope Cruz, striking in a velvet tux, likewise had reason to smile, as she received a trophy in recognition of her performance in Volver.
