Carmen has a great bod. I've always envied her even if its fake. She kept her curves and didn't go for the skinny minnie look.

I actually did like the effects of NV, it gives a bit of a kick to my regular dieting and stuff. But I'm convinced that it works for weight loss simply because it makes you crap at least three times a day.

Oh yea, and I don't think the two suits was a big staged thing. She was at a party at the Polaroid house and went into the water swimming with friends a couple of different times during the day, so she probably had the extra suit to change into after the first swim, so she didn't have to stand around the party dripping wet for a couple of hours.

No jitters with NV, in my experience. It works in a few ways, IMO. The aforementioned bodily functions, and it requires at least 8 ounces of water with each dose. Well, the thing is, if you drink 8 ounces of water before each meal, it's going to aid in weight loss just as often because it helps fool the stomach into thinking it's full. And lastly, the green tea extract, which is a natural appetite suppressant. So just drink 8 ounces of green tea about half an hour before a meal and get the same outcome.

I did really like the effects of the Biotin on my hair and nails, but that can be achieved through Biotin alone.
