And furthermore, people should take Angie and Brad as a good example of how parents CAN be good parents even when harassed by the paps. I mean their kids are obviously well loved by their parents, they are always affectionate and seemingly well behaved. So Brit it can be done, you just have to have the ability to learn from your mistakes.

I somehow doubt having Alli as a witness is going to serve Kevin well. She's already made public statements supporting Britney, and I'm guessing that lying under oath wouldn't matter much to her.

boy its sad to see such terrible negative comments. Its nice that everyone else is a perfect parent and can pass judgment. I don't think Brit or KFed should have the kids at this point. Brit, because she is so closely scrutinized and no matter what she does she will be blacklisted for it. The girl could become perfect and find the cure for cancer and it would be painted in a negative light. And, KFed is out for money and that is all. I truly believe that. Its too bad Brit can't take the kids and move back to Louisiana and get some peace. maybe then she could live her life more normally. If Kfed really cared he would let her do that and move with her somewhere nearby to be with his kids. I really think getting away from LA would be good for all involved. I hope this is settled in the best interest of the babies.

I'm still torn on KFed, but I did read this today. Who knows if it's true, but ya never know:

In an exclusive interview with 24Sizzler.com, a close friend of Kevin Federline reveals that Britney Spears‘ ex has mastered the art of safe parenting. “The house is child-proof, except for the recording studio,” Kevin’s friend, who visits Kevin and the kids at his home, told 24Sizzler.com Monday afternoon. “There are gates at the top of the stairs [to prevent children from going down the stairs], the plugs are covered. All of that stuff is in the house.”

The friend, who spoke on condition of anonymity as to not add to the legal drama unfolding, tells 24Sizzler.com, “The second you walk in the house, there’s no mistaking that kids are there. The house is 90 percent for the kids. There are toys everywhere. There are children’s books and videos everywhere, and those little toys that kids play with. Each has their own room.”

And Britney may be his ex-wife, but she does have a presence in the house, for the sake of the kids: “There are pictures all over the house of the kids,” the friend says, “and there are pictures of Britney too!” And the friend adds that Kevin does not bad-mouth Britney in the kids’ presence. “It’s not like he’s wrecking Britney with them.”

Kevin’s friend tells 24Sizzler.com that Kevin is also picky as to who he has over, when Sean Preston and Jayden James are over. “When Kevin has the kids, he doesn’t have people over that aren’t close to him.”

In fact, the friend says that Kevin has transformed his partying ways over the past year, unlike Britney. “In like just the past year, he’s gone mature,” says the friend. “It’s like pulling teeth to get him to go out now. He doesn’t want to go out. He just wants to stay home with the kids.”

The friend maintains that Kevin’s latest legal salvo is about getting more time with his sons — not money. “It’s really just about being around them. He really want to be around them. He already got good money from [the sale of] the house. He wants to spend more time with them, and they seem to be happy with Kevin.”

if she wanted to, she could move wherever she wanted..there are plenty of celebs who have children and keep it normal..cough..jen garner..cough..among others..clearly britneys children are not a priority of hers, going out and partying and being seen are her biggest concerns. I dont feel bad for her at all. With all the money she has, she could be going back to school, doing something to make herself a better person, being a great mom to her kids..but no..she is too selfish..

Faery why can't Britney take the kids. she can have a quiet lifestyle, Steven Spileberg, tom Hanks, Michelle Pfeiffer heck even Mel Gibson these people have raised their kids out of the spotlight, there is nothing stopping her from chillaxing at home with the kids.

DarkRayne - I was about to say the same thing. She's been wearing boots a bunch of pictures lately. There's one where she's at a pharmacy or something and wearing short shorts and winter (ugg-type) boots! In August! Crazy girl.

Oh lord, those boots again? And the showing of her privates and panties...again! I'm so sick of her. And just the sad looks on her sons' faces everytime they show them. They look like miserable children. Seriously, compare these pics to everday children and other celeb babies. I'm sick of her and hope she at least does the right thing and either leave Hollywood and raise her children out of the spotlight or let Kevin raise them. He's never gonna be that famous so it might just work. hee.

Brit perfect and curing cancer- haa! That would take a lot of fairy magic! No one is stopping her from taking the kids to a quieter place. No one is forcing her to put her kids in front of those cameras everyday. She brought her kids out as props- disgusting and immature. Kevin has two older children that he does spend time with as well. Shar Jackson has never called him a bad parent (as far as I know). He has more experience than she does and in the moment the more low-key lifestyle better suited for the well being of those kids. I don't need to judge her anymore because she'll have her day in court. Good luck Brit- you'll need it- and some fairy magic!
