Mischa Barton changed out of her colorful See by Chloe number [1] and into an all white dress for her afternoon out in NYC yesterday. So, perhaps we got a glimpse into those shopping bags after all. Over the weekend Mischa was spotted flirting with James Blunt at the James Taylor concert in the Hamptons [1], only neither of them could make up their minds about each other. Rumor has it that first Blunt ditched Barton [2] to hang with the Olsens and then when he came running back, she left him at a bar later in the night. Sounds like she changes her feelings on boys as often as she changes her summer dresses. Summer loving, right?
