Tara's vacation in sunny St. Tropez proved to be good for her - she was looking wide-eyed and refreshed grabbing dinner with some friends at Nobu in London on Monday. You all decided that Tara looks better when she covers up and we have to agree with you, although now that she's in the UK she probably won't have many opportunities to break out those bikinis.
