Like we promised, here are the pics of J Lo and Marc Anthony's Long Island home as seen in the special edition of Vogue Living. The house which is described as an antebellum redbrick mansion, is of course, incredibly elegant. Not that we'd expect anything less from J Lo. Marc bought the home before they were a couple but they wanted to combine their different styles and make it something they could both enjoy. Here are a few highlights:
"I go a bit more for the drama," says Lopez, while her husband's taste is "very bohemian as you know some musicians can be. But I can appreciate the bohemian side and he also appreciates glamorous things, so it was easy for us to meld."
"Of course I needed a little more closet space," says Lopez coyly. She co-opted an old bathroom for the purpose....Here are many of the iconic Lopez gowns that have brought her applause and occasional catcalls on her red carpet appearances...."The Oscars, for some reason, ruin your dress," Lopez explains,"It gets snagged and pulled and people step on it. It's a mess!"

And how cheesy to be in your gowns when you are inviting people into your home.. this house really represents me..where I can relax and be myself.. hey take a pic of real me in my real house being my real self wearing a $20,000 gown. 2I am slightly disappointed that there isnt an 5 foot oil painting portrait of the happy couple in a gown and tuxedo with red sash and fake medals..places prominiatly over the fireplace or perhaps at the top of the stairway. the pretensious a holes that they are!!

6i think it's disgusting that this woman gets media attention. granted she's a face for many in the latin community who feel underrepresented in hollywood, but i think it's such a pity that their pride is wasted on this classless person who has been known to treat non-celebrities like crap (lol try flying a commercial flight with her and her entourage). all that money can buy the material but when it comes down to it, she's absolute crap.

and the fact that she feels compelled to wear her gowns in her house just drives home the fact that she is still just some semi-talented street girl from the bronx; totally ill at ease with anything classy, be it clothes or home furnishing.
and don't even get me started on how a woman can marry a man with a newborn from another woman.............
almost as bad as madonna adopting an "orphan" with a living parent...........

25I love Jlo and their house is beautiful. Marc would look much better with an xtra 20lbs but he signs like an angel. They are a great couple.
26{YAWN} The house was kind boring to me. Every room seems to have the same neutral color theme and nothing really POPS like I would expect from J.Lo. I agree if they are going to talk about the dang closet then show us! Not to mention there are multiple shots of the same area.
