KFed is so seriously winning custody if even a small percentage of those stories are true. No awful parenting story has come out about KFed himself in recent months, not even from the people Britney's claiming as friends and supporters.

I really think she flat-out wants to lose custody so she can play the victim some more and make more excuses.

I honestly don't think Britney cares about this. Is she did she would go hide out back in Kentwood for a few weeks and just spend sometime with her boys and take care of herself. I know she has to share custody with Kevin but i think if she said to him hey i need to do this and get out of the spot light he would go with her. I hope for her childrens sake that she get's some help before it is too late. They need a mommy to take care of them not just a string of nanny's and security guards.

I hope Kevin is a fit parent. It would be so tragic if these babies don't have a legitimate home life with structure. Anyone can say they "love" their child. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone loving their child.

I think it's obvious that Britney doesn't care. Which is why I have my "delibate loss of custody" theory - she's not even making the slightest effort to appear to be a good mother. Which, if you're facing a very public custody case, is a little important, even if it's not for the rest of the world.

Redlily she gives them the ammunition, she reallydoes, is it necessary to go out partying every night and if you do do you have to make sure you get photographed I'm sure a lot of celebs are out partying as well but they take steps to ensure they aren't photographed, she flashes her underwear, strips, makes the most random comments to paps, pulls strangers in swimming pools, and does anyone remember the video where she stumbled while holding sean and a glass of "water", come on which restaurant puts water in a whiskey glass. She is just screaming for the media to do what they do beat and that's RIP HER APART!

Child services has investigated her at least 3 times but considering the fact that they give her prior warning she has enough time to clean up her act and act like a normal functioning human being with a mid-range IQ.

I love the X17 article about Kevin. OMG Kevin had a girl visiter, even if it is a girl friend. Who cares? Britney has a new "boy friend" or make out partner everyday!

I have NO sympathy for her...absolutely none. I haven't had sympathy for her since she openly wooed Federline and paraded around with Shar Jackson's children!!! I now believe Federline was running to Vegas and Miami to get away from his crazy wife!!!

KFed hasn't sued Shar Jackson for custody because he thinks she's a capable parent.

But even if he is in it only for money, the fact that he knows to put a good public image out there automatically gives him 1,000,000 times more common sense than Britney.

Maybe he isn't asking for custody of his kids with Shar because she is a good mother who takes care of her children! You don't see her out and about with her kids at 10:00 at night or anything like that.

This just keeps getting worse and worse for Britney.

But I also have to say, that I have seen judges do really, really stupid things. A lot of judges refuse to take children away from their mothers.
