Lost was back on its game last night. I love the episodes around Jack, Kate and Sawyer. While the flashback was a little predictable I guess they needed to remind us that Sawyer will con just about anyone. At the same time he gave all that money to his baby so it's easy to keep liking him. Well, that and he's gorgeous (especially with his hair pulled back all pretty in the prison flashback).

His relationship with Kate is continuing to thicken. I still can't really tell if they are in love or not. He seemed mighty disappointed when she told him she just said she loved him so Pickett would stop hitting him. But then she stayed with him when she could have escaped so she was obviously lying. The other thing that is bothering me is why the Others chose the three of them. Jack we found out last night- they need him to do spinal surgery on someone - Ben I'm guessing. But what about Kate and Sawyer? My guess is they are trying to get Sawyer to become one of them. Kate is probably there as a bartering tool for both of the boys since they both love her so much. That or Juliet will do some weird fertility experiment on her and then steal her baby. What is with the baby stealing?

The end also was crazy. How did they not see that other island? Well, I hope we find out more in the next two episodes because after that Lost is going on a 13 episode hiatus. I know - how will we survive waiting so long for the show to return. Luckily ABC has hooked us up with sweet Taye Diggs in Day Break.
