Ryan Phillippe was keeping it scruffy and incognito [0] out and about in LA yesterday in some nice white new kicks. He would be a lot more handsome with a shave, but this is not the worst case of facial hair ruining hotness [0] we've seen today. There were vague rumors recently that he and Reese were reconciling, but they were immediately followed by more stories about Reese and Jake [0] so unfortunately it doesn't look like a Phillipe-Witherspoon reunion is in order. That's too bad, but as long as we still get to see them hanging out with their adorable kids [0], no complaints here.
