LL, K-Fed, Justin Chambers from Grey's and many more came out to celebrate the launch of the new Xbox 360 game, Gear of Wars. I would love to hear the conversation between LL and K-Fed. It's good she's making at least one new friend, because it turns out LL is still involved in some major housing drama. She's apparently out of the Chateau Marmont and moving into the condo she couldn't sell, but the condo residents aren't happy. Here's more

"Everyone thinks she'll be having parties, and I'm sure she will. Beyond the noise factor, it's a security issue. Look at the type of and number of people she hangs out with. We don't want them roaming the building."

Compounding the issue is Linds’ age: At 20, she’s much younger than the other condo owners at Sierra Towers, “sixty percent [of whom] are easily over 60,” says the resident.
“This is not going to end well,” says the resident. “Mark my words, she’ll be made miserable by the complaints and leave. Hopefully she won’t move in at all.”

20WOW-I really feel bad for her, the reputation she has gotten. Maybe some of these celebs are finally getting backlash for their behavoir. Look at Paris Hilton, getting denied to top events. Now its LL getting denied a place to live.
In all fairness, I think the residents should at least give her a chance. How often do they think she'll be there? She travels so much I can't imagine she'd even be there very often. I can understand their worry though, b/c of her reputation. And, if they are of an older age group, they probably do apprectiate their peace and quiet, I can understand and respect that. Even younger people sometimes want that!

23It's a shame everyone is so hard on LL. I was at the party and was lucky enough to be able to meet and chit chat with her for awhile.
Let's start with: pictures definitely don't do her justice - she is gorgeous in real life - you guys have to keep in mind, some people just don't photograph well. And on top of that, she was really sweet and down to Earth which is a breath of fresh air in Hollywood these days. Give her a break
