You might not like him BUT he's right. HE'S THE DAD. Not TLC or the lawyers. If he wants the kids off the show, no matter how he's going about it or his past ways, he has every right. PLUS, he has a point. It'll be good for the kids to stop being used like that by his mother. Kate can do a show without pimping out her kids. Please TLC stop using these precious childen for money!

I agree with you Anon #5. It just seems odd that all of a sudden he is totally against this since he got kicked, when they even showed video of him a couple weeks back saying how the kids aren't being hurt by the show and they just love it. Big turn around and all he has to say when confronted is - oops, I made a mistake saying that. I do think the show is pathetic and I hate knowing how those kids have been pimped out from day one. Both of the parents are money hounds.

he's a moron.... and yes, he is obviously a spoiled sport. he got kicked out so he want's everyone out too.. but on the different note, they definitely should stop filming this darn show. it hasn't done anyone good at all. kate needs to realize that too. so they'll lose a lot of money, then it's time to face reality and join the statistics of working parents.

I agree -- I think he has the case of sour grapes. Now that's he's no longer part of the show, he's wants it off the air.

The show was on for FOUR SEASONS, and now he has a problem with the show? NOW it's bad for his kids?? Odd.

He is full of crap. He claimed to have an "epiphany" about wanting the kids filmed, yet he was filiming for the show last week. Now he wants to delay the divorce. He had no problem with the show until he got kicked off and he's about to be broke. He kept repeating the same of "I made mistakes" line in regards to all of the women he's been parading around with. That being said, I wouldn't at all be surprised if he and Kate got back together after all this drama.

He was always eluding to the fact that he wouldn't mind if the show went kaput, even prior to them coming out about the divorce. He's acted the fool lately, but I don't think this is just because they relegated him to a smaller role on the show.

It's "alluded". Eluding is him getting away from pursuers. Nobody is pursuing this tool box.

Jon is a complete sour puss and a moron. He is just angry that he got relegated to a lesser roll on the show. How are they going to feed, clothes, and educate 8 children in the standard to which they accustomed to living? Do not mention how they are going to afford the mortgage on that property. Let's see him afford to pay rent for his Trump apartment, plus pay child support for 8 kids in this economy. I know, he is going to hassle kate to work, aka write books, take care of the kids and pay him alimony, or worst claim that kate makes more money and as such should be required to be the sole financial provider for the kids since he cant. He is not looking out for the best interest of those children, and has not been doing so in a very, very long time. He never wanted those kids and have always resented Kate for convincing is weak ass to follow through with invitro-fertilization. Grow up Jon and stop acting like a frat boy high on youth and booze!!

Thank goodness, one of the parents (Jon) has finally grown up and taken responsibility for caring for these children. Now if we can only get Kate to do the same, maybe there's a chance that the Gosselin twins and tups won't end up with as miserable of lives as the Dionne quintuplets

I have no idea who these people are, but the story's been unavoidable lately. I'm not sure what he's done to make him so evil, but everything he's saying in this video sounds logical.

Just because he's the father doesn't mean that he has the sole say about whether they are on tv. The mother has an equal say, and in her case, I think it might be a little more like 70 percent. If you will recall, Charlie Sheen didn't want his kids on a reality tv show and took his ex to court over it. He lost. They are very much on Denise Richard's show.

urghhh he is really getting on my nerves. i don't watch the show, so i don't really know the whole story. but he is obviously doing all these crap because of money, not because of the kids. the lawyer keep saying that they don't get paid enough, tlc made 180 million while they only earned 1 million... it is obviously about money.. even the lawyer is annoying

...the GREATEST part of the show was never the kids. The most entertaining part of every show was how hateful and verbally abusive kate was to Jon. It was hilarious to watch him get yelled at, on national tv, for the dumbest stuff! My apologies to Jon for seeing him as the village idiot instead of a man and loving father of 8.
