Gaining weight is not f*cking rocket science. And surely doesn't require medical assistance if you are free of any disorder or disease.

A few weeks ago she was seen leaving a hospital in LA just as the meth group counseling let out. Just a coincidence. I'm sure.

That, and the well-known rumor about Rachel Zoe supplying her with meth.

It is way harder to gain weight than anyone will ever know. If you haven't walked in those shoes your clueless.

i remember when i was like 13 i was a stick..like a gross stick and i ate and i ate and nothing would work...i finally outgrew it but its hard, so if she isnt anorexic then i hope they figure out whats wrong!

It depends on your natural weight, your metabolism, and how severely underweight you are at present.

Nicole seems naturally heavy, will a moderately slow metabolism (judging from her set weight a few years ago) and she is estimated to be 89-92 pounds or less, which is well below underweight for her height and frame.

Given these things, I seriously doubt she can't gain an ounce. She also had a big drug problem a while back. Heroin, I believe.

But the beauty of celebrities is that you and I will never really know.

Excuse me, but since when is REHAB the place to go to see why you don't gain weight????? Wouldn't a normal uncelebrity go to a DOCTOR???? I'm sorry the girl has a problem, but be for real. That math doesn't add up!

i actually don't not like nicole - im not talking trash at all about her - but i think she and her PR person are treating the public like morons. if she did have trouble putting on weight like she said - the dr would be able to most likely find a reason why like thyroid etc...and put her on medicine..sorry the whole rehab thing is PR - its common sense

I would bet that everybody on here wants her to get well, but why on death's door does she FINALLY decide to do something about it? She's just been saying she's naturally skinny. If rehab is to get her to do things differently, then obviously there is a problem. She's not doing SOMETHING right. I would consider that an eating disorder.

Is there a certain time period that you are allowed to get help? Because last time I checked as long as you got it is all that matters. Rehab is for anything that involves building your health back up. It doesn't HAVE to be an eating disorder.

in 6th grade i was really sick for awhile. i was about 5'4&my lowest weight went down to 79lbs while i was in the hospital cause i cldn't eat,they had me hooked up on iv fluids tho.but anyways-when i got out of the hospital,had surgery,was fine again-i put weight back on quickly&my metabolism is high&i'm pretty skinny,but i didin't find it hard at all-i went from 79-120 in about a mnth. maybe its just dealing w/ dif. people but i seriously think nicole has a prob.it not that hard to put on weight.i'm glad shes in rehab now.

I hope her little rehab visit works, I throw up a little every time I see her boney little body skippin' around. And boys do you folks argure over some pretty lame-o stuff.

My point is, she has denied denied denied like all good celebrities do. My mother lost weight like crazy and went to doctors to find out why. Why protest so much that it is an eating disorder? My mother's was medical. They didn't send her to rehab.
Hey, if it isn't an eating disorder, then hopefully they find out what it is.

I think everybody here including pop was wondering why deny a disorder. Regardless of what anybody wants to call it, hopefully she gets well. It's sad to see tv role models to wither away like that. Hope my daughter never feels the need to look like them.
