Lindsay has been helping the slow ending summer stay quiet by laying low in rehab for the last couple of weeks. This weekend she was spotted looking well rested, healthier and blonder while biking in Utah. We were suckers the first two times she went into rehab but we're crossing our fingers this trip will finally get LL clean and sober. Lindsay should also be able to sleep easier at night now that her parents have finally settled their custody battle and divorce on Friday.

The girl is doing the same thing as before. Hiding out in rehab trying to get a reduced sentence. The only difference she went to a real rehab vs. the faux rehab (but it's still a ploy) Every other day she'll be at the gym, grabbing coffee and doing whatever else she wants.
