He may well like it. I have a hippie sort of friend who didn't want to cut her son's hair for a long time. By the time she wanted to, he wouldn't let her.

From what I understand, she's not claiming to be following the faith. She said she understands that's what Orthodox Jews do and she likes the idea and identifies with it since her mother is Jewish.

I hope Kate and Owen have a kid together, and he's cuter, cause Chris has some ugly genes in him.
As for his hair, I think Kate will cut it on Ryder's third birthday. She's not a practicing Jew, but I read somewhere that she said that they sometimes let the hair grow out until the third birthday, and then cut it. She said she'll cry when it's gone.
