Looks like Ashton isn't the only one [1] that disapproves of Rumer Willis hanging out with LL. Now Demi and Ashton are saying stay away. Here's more [2]:

Anyway, both Moore and Willis -- supported by Kutcher -- have had heart-to-heart chats with Rumer, discouraging her friendship with Lohan, 20. Even Kutcher -- not much older than Lohan himself -- has told his stepdaughter the "Prairie Home Companion" star is a bad influence on her.

A source close to Willis tells me Rumer's father just had quite the father-daughter conversation with his oldest daughter, now 18.

Apparently, the "chat" was very animated -- and punctuated with more than a few four-letter words.
