Remember the scandal where Cameron was caught kissing the married Shane Nickerson last summer? Both Cammie and Shane were pissed and sued. Now looks like the case is almost settled. E! reports:
According to court documents filed Friday, the Enquirer and Diaz are close to reaching a settlement in the $30 million defamation lawsuit the actress filed against the tabloid last year over a cover story accusing her of cheating on Timberlake with a producer of her MTV show, Trippin'.
"Counsel report that settlement discussions have been productive and that parties are close to a settlement," read a summary of Friday's proceedings prepared by Santa Monica Superior Court Judge Valerie Baker's clerk.
Looks like JT believed her since the couple are still together. However, Cameron is going solo these days while JT is kicking of his European tour. Here she is catching lunch with a friend in LA.

17These two are almost history as fame goes. Timberlake is not in a different place from Cammy, and knows she must want real male affection now and then.., and so does he so he doesn't blame or accuse. She sued in vain.. to protect the man too, if that was the case. He certainly doesn't want to be stricken with this woman as his cheating friend.. In the future magazines and tabloids should just pass on any story about either of them, no matter how much evidence they have. I think suing is how they are planning to make their retirement money.
